• New Account Terms:  Cash in Advance

• Payment Terms Available upon Credit Application Approval, we also accept Visa/Master Card for your convenience. 

• Payments by Credit Card are subject to a 3% Service Charge.  

• A 2% per Month Interest Charge will be added to Late Payments.

• Invoices not paid in full in 60 Days will void all warranties applicable to that Invoice.

• Sales Tax will be added when applicable.

• Prices Quoted are F.O.B. Factory

• Shipping & Handling Charges will be added to your Invoice

• All Returns must be pre-authorized

• A 20% restocking fee plus freight charges are applicable for returns

• All Styles of Reel Racking are Custom and cannot be returned

• All Styles of Conduit Racking are Custom and cannot be returned

• Cancellations:  Orders are not subject to cancellation without Vendor's written consent.
